Parisa's Persian Kitchen workshop is an unforgettable experience full of learning, sharing, laughing, cooking, baking and eating. The workshops are in English and about two hours long depending how fast the preparation goes. The concept of the workshop is easy, relaxed and no-frills Iranian cooking and baking.
You will learn how to cook a four-course meal:
- green bean meatballs with rice
- yoghurt and cucumber dip
- green kuku
- orange pistachio cake
Upon your arrival in our spacious setting the tables with the ingredients for each recipe will be set. You will be provided with table top hobs to cook your own meals. To expedite, the ingredients may have already been washed and weighed but the majority of the preparation will be done together as it is important to share and enjoy the steps. After you do the preparation for the recipes, we'll then follow the recipes and cook together. I will be there to explain, help and clarify if needed.
Workshops can take place at any time online or at a public venue (area of Randstad and Gouda) or your own home with your loved ones. Other suitable locations need to be discussed in advance. Group workshops can be attended during the weekend whilst private workshops (individual or company) can take place at any time.
Vegetarian options are offered, so please let me know your dietary requirements. In order to confirm your booking request you must make the payment in advance. Once the payment goes through you will receive an email with all the detailed information.
