Parisa's Persian workshop is an unforgettable experience full of learning, sharing, laughing, cooking, baking and eating. The workshops are 2 to 3 hours long depending how fast the preparation goes. The concept of the workshop is "easy, relaxed and no-frills" Iranian cooking and baking.
- you will learn how to cook a 4-course meal
- we will use halal ingredients
- vegetarian options are offered
- when all is ready we set the table and eat together
- if there is leftover you are most welcome to take it home
- locations: Den Haag, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Gouda, Amsterdam
Upon your arrival, the table is set with all the recipes printed and the ingredients for each recipe prepared. To expedite, the ingredients may have already been washed and weighed but the majority of the preparation will be done together as it is important to share and enjoy the steps. After you do the preparation for the recipes, we'll then follow the recipes and cook together. I will be there to explain, help and clarify if needed.
In order to confirm your booking request, you must make the payment in advance. Once the payment goes through you will receive an email with all the detailed information about the dishes and location. You're requested to reply to the email and advise me if you have any dietary requirements.
Thank you so much for the workshop and for the recipes. I will definitely make it again this week! We had a great time during the workshop! The workshop was very personal and took place in a cozy home setting. Parisa is a great cook and teacher, and I also enjoyed her stories about culture and practices in Iran. What I really liked about the workshop is that you get to learn recipes from an unfamiliar kitchen that you can actually cook again at home, because they are made easy. ~ Pam
Great workshop with inspiring food and a kind hostess. ~ Justine
Followed your cooking workshop, thanks again, I really enjoyed it. I want to book it for two of my friends as a gift. ~ Anne
