If you are tired of cucumber yoghurt as your side dish, tomatoes are a great replacement. It might sound unconventional but it’ll be one of those sides that once you make it you’ll definitely end up making it again and again.
- 500 ml (2 cups) full-fat yoghurt
- 20 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 2 tbs chopped fresh coriander
- 2tbs chopped fresh mint leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
Place all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix it all through.
Serve as a side, dip or spread on your sandwich bread.
You can garnish the bowl with thyme leaves, chilli oil or grilled tomatoes.
